Vibration;
"Everything is in movement, everything vibrates"
Three Treasures or Three Roots:
Shen - Spirit or Essence, Jing - Root, and Qi (Chi) - Vital Energy
"Everything is in movement, everything vibrates"
Three Treasures or Three Roots:
Shen - Spirit or Essence, Jing - Root, and Qi (Chi) - Vital Energy
- All matter is in circular motion, like the sun and planets
- When matter vibrates very fast (high frequency), it becomes transparent, like the rotors of a helicopter
- Everything vibrates at different frequencies; Rocks vibrate more slowly than an animal
Color
- The energy field that surrounds us, has vibration that produces colors
- Each color has a vibration and a weight. The darker the tone, the slower the vibration
- With our vibration, we affect the people around us, they, in turn, affect others. Entire cities may be affected. Family, friends, country, news, atmospheric pressure, etc.
- Positive thinking vibrates faster than negative, producing bright and light colors
- Negative thinking has opaque and dark colors
- The vibration we produce helps us stay healthy and produces a "bright" color. When our vibration is low, when we are depressed or sad, we get sick, our defenses, vibrations and color change
- Feelings have different vibrations and, according to the Principle of Rhythm, that vibration will return to us; will return to the author. “We are the architects of our life.” Some, call this Karma. These
vibrations will travel. They are sent to space as sounds, vibrations,
colors; they will be magnetically attracted to the same type of
vibration (positive or negative) and will return to us strongerThought = vibration (+ or ~) + Principle of rhythm = The vibrationreturns with a higher or lower value
Spirit and Vibration
- The Spirit vibrates very fast; It has high frequency, it is transparent
- The higher the vibration, the higher the speed and the colors will be brighter. We will begin to see different shades of red going to orange and yellow, then green, blue, violet and ending with white. Then, it will be transformed into X-rays, then electricity and finally magnetism
Sound
- Vibration and movement produce sound and color
- The sound has different frequencies
- Humans can't hear sounds that have a different frequency, but animals can hear them
"A young and healthy person listens to all sound frequencies of
approximately 20 to 20,000 hertz.
The maximum range of human hearing
includes sound frequencies of approximately
15 to 18,000 waves, or
cycles per second."
- Although human hearing is limited to this frequency range, many animals have a wider range of sounds that they can hear. Dogs, for example, have a hearing frequency range of approximately 40 Hz to 60,000 Hz, depending on their age and breed. At higher frequencies in a dog's hearing range, sounds can cause irritation and discomfort. Before the magnitude 8.0 earthquake of 1985 that struck Mexico City, dogs could be heard barking, birds and cats acted strangely. Many of the birds that were in cages were desperate trying to get out, they hit the bars the night before the earthquake. Many pets died that night because of stress and fear, that the vibration and sounds (which humans could not hear) affected them
Changing
the vibration, increasing it with music, beautiful thoughts, exercise
and meditation, will help us overcome the disease and give us a happy
life. Listen to music to increase your vibration and as therapy. Find
the music you like and one that makes you feel happy or calm when you
need to be at peace. One that excites you, when you work.
The Three Treasures or Three Roots
Jing - Essence
The Jing or Essence is the root, the original source that determines the characteristics and nature of a person.
- Jing is the root of life, the director of the three roots, his base force. If your parents are healthy, you will have a good foundation, but you have to keep the Jing
- The kidneys are the root of your Jing, at birth the Jing is found in the kidneys
- You cannot increase the amount of Jing, but you can improve its quality
- QiGong teaches you how to use and convert your Jing into original Qi. "Huan Jing Bu Nao" is the way to return the Jing to nourish the brain, and it can be obtained through deep breathing and Qigong exercises
Qi - Vital or Internal Energy
We produce Qi (Chi) from the food we eat, the air we breathe and our ancestors.
- There are two types of Qi: the Qi Yuan, which is inherited from the parents at conception and the Qi Hao Tian, which is obtained from the energy around you, food and air
- The Qi activates the Shen or spirit. Through meditation or exercise we can move the Qi and open the meridians so that energy can flow. Meridians are like highways, which, when blocked, disease, pain or death will occur
- The root of the Qi are the kidneys and the Qi is located in the lower Dāntián (下丹田, Xià Dāntián): below the navel (about three finger widths below and two finger widths behind the navel) It is also called "the golden stove" (金炉 pinyin: Jīn lú) or "elixir-of-life field". This is where the process begins to develop, refine and purify the Jin (Jing) and Qi (Chi)
Shen - Spirit
The Shen resides in the upper Dāntián (上丹田, Shàng Dāntián), at the forehead between the eyebrows or third eye, which is also called "the muddy pellet", associated with the pineal gland. This is where shen or spirit is refined into wu wei or emptiness
- By carrying or manipulating the Qi to the head, through breathing, exercise or meditation, the Shen stays in the center of the forehead, in the upper Dāntián
- The Qi (vital energy) supports the Shen to keep him strong. If the Qi is weak, his Shen will be weak
A great invention that checks the aura or color that all matter has, is the Kirlian camera. Semyon Kirlian (1939)
accidentally discovered a way to photograph the electric field of any
living being, or aura. The Russian Academy of Sciences is using it in
Clinics and Hospitals.
